  • The recommended ages for our softplay set-ups are 0-5 years. Our ball pit rentals come in different sizes suitable for crawlers up to toddlers

  • Each piece of equipment is carefully cleansed and sanitized before and after your event. We use an eco-friendly disinfectant with no chemical residue and natural ingredients that are safe for children.

  • We are happily servicing within 20 miles of River Forest, IL. Delivery fee outside this parameter will be determined once we confirm location of your event and logistical needs related to servicing your space.

  • Our Soft Play rentals are commercial grade for both indoor and outdoor use. Outdoor events are possible with weather premitting, as well as leveled outdoor ground.

  • Yes, a non refundable 20% deposit of your grand total is required to secure your event date. Due to high demand, we do not hold dates.

  • Yes, we provide White Glove assembly and breakdown of our equipment on the day of your event. We will coordinate with client appropriate time frames for both setup and breakdown. Assembly and breakdown requires 30-90 mins separately depending on the size of your rental equipment package.

  • Pricing for our soft play and ball pit rentals are based on 1- 4 hour single day rentals. Additional hours starting at $100/hr.

  • We accept payments through Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay, All Major Credit Cards (Admin fees applied)

  • Final payment is made 24 hours prior to the event start date/time. No payments or paperwork will be process day of event.

  • Yes, we are both licensed and insured.

  • We understand life happens. Please notify us as soon as possible at least 7 days prior to the event and we will grant you a refund. If cancellation is less than 7 days, a credit for use at later date will be applied. Good for one year. If there is inclement weather in the forecast, we will need an alternative indoor setup option or we will need to reschedule your event. Once the equipment is set up, we will not be able to provide a refund.
